Everything we serve at the Tea Rose Cafe is prepared on site using home kitchen style cooking and as much local product as possible. Our goal is to make you feel as though you were a guest in a traditional Placentia Bay home. The Tea Rose was founded over 20 years ago as a social enterprise to provide employment for local people and raise funds for the museum and community events. Today it is still run by a volunteer board and all profits are used for community benefit, including the children's garden, the museum and our traditional skill workshops.
